Y.A.M. Tengku Datin Paduka Setia Zatashah Binti Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah

Royal Patron

Tengku Zatashah has been Make-A-Wish Malaysia’s Royal Patron since 2015. She is an active social advocate and environmental activist, having founded several high-impact campaigns, including #sayno2plastic (2016), #zerofoodwastage (2016), and #NoMoreLitter #BecauseWeCare (2020). She has received numerous local and international accolades for her work. 

She currently serves as chairperson and trustees to other reputable charitable organisations in Malaysia.

Dato' Sri Dr Nick Low

Chairman

Dato Sri’ Dr Nick Low is the Chairman of Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre, the first MSQH accredited tertiary private hospital located in the heart of Klang and the Managing Director of Southern Acids (M) Berhad.

He sits on the board of several private limited companies as well as the operating subsidiaries of Southern Acids (M) Berhad. 

Dato’ Sri Dr Nick is also a director of Kumpulan Klinik Medijaya Sdn Bhd that operates a small chain of owned and managed general medical practice clinics around Klang Valley, Johor Bharu and Ipoh.

Datuk Stuart Ramalingam

Serving the structures of football governing bodies for 14 years – Datuk Stuart started his career with FIFA, the global football governing body in 2008 and later moved to the Asian Football Confederation (AFC).  

 He was then appointed as General Secretary of the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) in 2018 until 2021 when he was recruited as the CEO of Malaysian Football League (MFL) and served until 2024. 

Today, Datuk Stuart started his own regional sports agency specialising in strategy development, commercialisation, reforms and governance management.

Irvin Menezes

Irvin is a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers with over 25 years as an assurance and business advisor. Irvin is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Malaysian Institute of Accountants. 

Peter Duffy

Peter holds fellowship status with both the Chartered Institute of Builders and the Association for Project Management. As a delivery-focused Company Director and Construction Executive, he brings over three decades of international project and construction management expertise across the United Kingdom, Middle East, North America and Southeast Asia.

Renowned for his track record of delivering prestigious global developments, Peter is a visionary leader committed to achieving the utmost excellence.

Datin Karen Liew

Datin Karen Liew is a Director at VCI Global Limited, providing strategic leadership in corporate governance, business expansion, and operational excellence.

With a strong track record in driving high-impact initiatives, she plays a key role in shaping the company’s long-term vision, strengthening stakeholder relations, and positioning the organisation for sustained success in a competitive global market. Her expertise spans across corporate strategy, financial oversight, and brand positioning, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry innovation and growth.

Effendy Shahul Hamid

Effendy was formerly CEO of Group Consumer & Digital Banking at CIMB Group, managing the Group’s consumer banking franchise across ASEAN. 

He was also responsible for all of CIMB Group’s investments, partnerships and value creation activities in the digital space, within the ambit of CIMB Digital Assets (including Touch ‘n Go and TNG Digital). 

Having spent 21 years at CIMB, Effendy previously held CEO positions for Group Ventures & Partnerships, Group Commercial Banking, Group Asset Management & Investments, and also served as Group Chief Marketing & Communications Officer.

 An investment banker by trade, Effendy graduated with Honours in Electronic Engineering with Optoelectronics from University College London, and has completed executive leadership and advanced management programmes at INSEAD, Columbia Business School, and Harvard Business School.
