Diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia in 2023, Aafiyah has faced countless tests, chemotherapy sessions, and daily treatments — yet she has done so with a smile that could melt even the iciest of hearts. Her wish was simple but full of wonder: to step into the brave, sparkling world of Queen Elsa.
Aafiyah’s dream came true at Istana Selangor hosted by our Royal Patron, Tengku Zatashah Idris. Dressed in her Elsa gown, she radiated pure joy and strength. Every twirl and smile reminded everyone around her that even during the toughest battles, hope, courage, and a little sparkle can shine through.
For Aafiyah, it wasn’t just a dress or a crown. It was a moment where she could be a princess, a warrior, and herself — all at once. A reminder that bravery isn’t just in battles fought, but in the light, joy, and dreams we carry forward, no matter the challenges.
